Its been a minute since we saw Adrien “The Problem” Vicente Broner, 24-0, 20 knockouts, has faced a problem. Not since Daniel Ponce De Leon possibly out-pointed him.
But since then, having stopped Vicente Escobedo, Jason Litzau, Eloy Perez and a guy you never heard of, it feels a little too easy and a bit rehearsed.
Antonio DeMarco, an established champion at lightweight, might be just the man to push Broner further than ever.
Battle-hardened by the late Edwin Valero, DeMarco isn’t impressed by any of Broner’s bravado or his flashy skills.
But will that be enough? Can DeMarco stop Broner? Does he have to in order to win?
