1. STANDARD SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained via PAYPAL (Note: This can take up to 3 business days). Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Exceptions to this shipping window would be in the case that the merchandise is on back order.

Our preferred carrier is Fedex. (FedEx applies ONLY to orders that are shipped within the continental United States).
Shipments to International Addresses
These orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS)
delivery of your order will be in 10-14 business days
International shipping fees will be applied to all orders shipped outside of
the USA. This only covers shipping, it does not cover any customs duties, taxes and fees. This applies to all merchandise

2. WHERE CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS THAT I SEE BOXERS WEAR ON TV AND SOCIAL MEDIA?
Many of the products that Boxers wear, including jackets, slippers, vests, and any other items you may come across that are not available for sale on our official website are exclusive to #Boxing360

3. WILL YOU MAKE OTHER APPAREL ITEMS UNDER THE BOXING360 BRAND?
The Boxing360 Team is a global brand and we endeavor to cover a wide range of products. Our R&D team is constantly designing new products across a range of categories and when the time is right, we will release new product information through our social media channels.
4. HOW CAN I GET SIGNED MEMORABILIA FROM BOXING360 FIGHTERS?
Boxing360 is aware of the overwhelming number of inquiries for autographed memorabilia and highly appreciates their fans around the world. In the coming months, we will be working on a campaign to reward our loyal supporters and fans with signed memorabilia. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates.
5. CAN I WORK FOR BOXING360?
We at Boxing360 embrace “Hard Work & Dedication” and are always looking to expand our team with those individuals who also share the same work ethic. Any available career positions will be posted on our official website.
6. IS IT POSSIBLE TO VISIT YOUR NEW YORK HEADQUARTERS TO PURCHASE PRODUCT?
Our N.Y. HQ is strictly for corporate related matters and we currently do not conduct any retail transactions from our office.
7. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE AN ITEM BACK IN STOCK?
If an item reaches a 0-stock level, we generally replenish our inventory in 2-3 weeks, but due to the increasing number of styles that we release year-round, once some items are sold out they may not be released again. For our Classic Boxing360 designs, these will be items that we carry throughout the year.
If an item is on backorder, it means that we have an order pending with our manufacturers and should have the item back in stock in 7 days. If your order includes multiple items in addition to an item on backorder, please note that your order will ship when all items are available.
8. Return Policy
We do not offer refunds once merchandise has been shipped. We will accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. no exchanges on final sale merchandise. There will be no returns or exchanges on international orders:

9. WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Please note that for your security, we can only ship to the address listed during the checkout process. If there was a mistake or you would like to change the shipping destination, please email orders@boxing360.com and your order will be cancelled and refunded so that you can place a new order.
